Cindy Xue is a dedicated research professional with extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as a Research Assistant at Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital since December 2017, where Cindy played a key role in establishing the MRI guided Radiotherapy Center in Asia Pacific and managing multiple medical research projects. Previously, Cindy was a Research Intern at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, where research efforts focused on understanding forearm muscle activation patterns in stroke patients using high-density surface EMG recordings. Cindy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Imaging and Interventional Radiology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Ottawa and a high school diploma in Science from SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantar.
