Dominic Maffei

Dominic Maffei currently serves as the Head of Digital Assets & Fintech for Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong, alongside leadership roles in SC Ventures and previous positions as Executive Director for Group COO and Head of Sales West for Prime Services. With extensive experience in financial markets, Dominic has launched initiatives such as the eXellerator Lab in the UK, developed client engagement strategies, and championed operational excellence. Prior roles include leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase and various law firms specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Dominic holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has been active as a Startup Mentor at HKSTP and a Non-Executive Board Member at Zodia Custody.
