Raimond Chan is an experienced professional in process re-engineering and quality management with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Re-Engineering at HKSTP, since January 2019, Raimond implements Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance incubation programs and support processes in start-ups focused on Green Technology, Bio-Technology, and Electronics. Prior experience includes positions at Abbott, where Raimond established the Quality function for the Asia Pacific region; St. Jude Medical, focusing on a new quality management system across nine countries in Asia; and Bausch + Lomb, where operational processes were improved using quality management methodologies. Raimond's career began at Hongkong International Terminals as an intern, followed by consultancy roles involving lean and ISO implementations. Raimond holds a Master of Business Analytics from UBC Sauder School of Business and advanced degrees in Engineering Enterprise Management from HKUST Business School.
