Tam King Ching Kenny

was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company in September 2004. He is also the chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Tam also serves as an independent non-executive director of other listed companies on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited namely, BeijingWest Industries International Limited, CCT Fortis Holdings Limited, GBA Holdings Limited, Kingmaker Footwear Holdings Limited, Shougang Concord Grand (Group) Limited, Starlite Holdings Limited, West China Cement Limited and Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited. He is a practising Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, Canada. Mr. Tam serves as a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty Executive Committee in the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was also a Past President of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors. Mr. Tam graduated from Concordia University, Canada with a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
