Xu Lin Bao

was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company in April 2006. He is also the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Xu is currently the vice chairman of the Institute of Real Estate Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He served as the standing executive of China Real Estate Association (the 4th and 5th session), the chairman of operation and management professional committee of China Real Estate Association (the 4th and 5th session), the chairman of Shanghai Housing and Land Group, the vice chairman of Shanghai Real Estate Trade Association (the 5th and 6th session) and the chairman of executives of Yiju China Real Estate Research Center. He graduated from Fudan University, Shanghai with a degree in EMBA. Mr. Xu is a senior qualified economist.
