Karen Prideaux

Karen Prideaux currently serves as the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing at the Hong Kong Tourism Board, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Karen gained extensive experience at KMI Consulting & Events as Director from June 2016 to December 2024, and at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, where responsibilities included Brand & GTM Manager from March 2021 to November 2024 and Sales Manager from August 2017 to May 2018. Additional roles include Travel Trade Manager at the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board and Travel Business Development Manager at Disney Destinations International. Karen began their career in customer service as a Customer Service Agent at Qantas Airways and has held various positions in the hospitality and tourism industry since starting as a Senior Cast Member at The Disney Store. Karen holds a Bachelor of Sport Tourism Management from Southern Cross University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
