Lim Kavin

Lim Kavin has extensive experience in human resource management and industrial relations, currently serving as the Head of Industrial Relations & Employee Relations and HR Shared Services at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since March 2017. Prior to this role, Lim held positions such as Head of Employee Relations & Service Centre at British American Tobacco and VP (Head of Department) at OCBC Bank, managing HR functions for Operations & Technology. Additional experience includes serving as a Partner at Murugavell Arumugam & Co, focusing on labor matters, and previously leading the Industrial Relations Unit at OCBC Bank. Lim Kavin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of London, earned between 1997 and 2000.
