Rodzshazlin Rodzane is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Manager in the Ecosystem & Partnerships division of the Digital Innovation Office at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since June 2023. Responsibilities include planning and executing the "Can You Hack It" Hackathon Programme, forging partnerships with fintechs and corporations, and leading digital initiative projects. Prior to this, Rodzshazlin worked as Special Projects Account Manager at AVANA, managing enterprise clients and enhancing their online presence through integrated social commerce solutions. Previous roles also include Corporate and Media Relations Executive and Special Project Executive at Hi HOME, as well as a Junior Executive of Brand and Marketing at the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre. Rodzshazlin began professional experience with a marketing internship at the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water in Malaysia. Rodzshazlin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, completed in 2017.
