Jennifer Choot

Jennifer Choot is a seasoned professional in talent management, inclusion, equity, and diversity, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Hongkong Land Limited since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Management at Jardine Matheson, where Jennifer revamped the Talent Review process and redesigned the Performance Management system. Earlier professional contributions were made as a Consultant at Aon, managing employee engagement projects and supporting business development initiatives, and as an Associate Consultant and Behavior Therapist at The Child Development Centre. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Science specializing in Psychology from the University of Toronto and completion of the Flagship Leadership EMERGE programme at INSEAD.
