Jan-Frens van Giessel

Jan-Frens van Giessel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Honic and holding a position as Partner at Holland Capital since March 2018, Jan-Frens is actively involved in multiple organizations, including Sirius Medical, HealthConnected (NL), Kriya Materials B.V., and several investment committees such as the First Fund and RedMedTech Discovery Fund. Jan-Frens has also contributed to the boards of Xilloc, Ventinova Medical, and NightWatch Epilepsy Detection. Educated at Utrecht University with a Master's degree in Science and Innovation Management, complemented by secondary education at De Heemgaard, Jan-Frens combines academic expertise with hands-on leadership in the life sciences arena.
