Kathy Igoe

Kathy Igoe, MS, PCC, currently serves as the Manager of Attorney Professional Development at Honigman LLP since June 2019. With a diverse background in human resources and leadership coaching, Kathy has been the Sole Proprietor of Integral Life Designs, LLC since October 2006, specializing in mindful leadership and personal development coaching. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Swagelok Michigan | Toledo from March 2014 to December 2018, Benefits Manager at Compuware Corporation, and HR Management positions at MascoTech Forming Technologies and Budget Car and Truck Rental, Inc. Kathy holds a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and several certifications in facilitation and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
