Pete Arbour

Pete Arbour is a seasoned professional in property tax consulting with extensive experience in the real estate appraisal field. Currently serving as a Property Tax Consultant at Honigman LLP since October 2025, Pete has previously held significant positions at DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc., Tax Trilogy, LLC, and Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, among others. Early career roles included Vice President at Standard Federal Bank and Commercial/Industrial Appraiser for the Charter Township of Shelby. Pete's foundation in appraisal stems from an entrepreneurial stint as the Owner of Pioneer Valuations, Ltd., along with previous roles at Value Trends, Dean Appraisal, and a focus on commercial appraisals. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oakland University, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
