Teri Pitzen

Teri Pitzen, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. since July 2014, Teri oversees the well-being of over 500 employees across multiple services, specializing in payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits. Previously, Teri held the position of Human Resources Director at Area Residential Care from 2007 to July 2014, where responsibilities included administering effective recruitment programs. Teri's career also includes experience as a Human Resources Representative at Cottingham & Butler from 2005 to 2007, focusing on recruitment processes and background checks. Teri is an alumna of Iowa State University and hails from Osage, Iowa.
