Rachel Fitzmaurice

Rachel Fitzmaurice is currently working as an Account Manager at HONK since October 2023. Prior to this, Rachel held the same position at Ratehub.ca from February 2019 to October 2023. Rachel also has experience as a Revenue Operations Specialist and Lead Customer Service Advisor at Ratehub.ca. Before that, Rachel worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Tucows from March 2014 to February 2019. Rachel obtained a degree in Digital Media Design and Computer Science from the University of Limerick in 2011. Throughout their career, Rachel has developed and honed customer service departments, handled troubleshooting tasks, and taken on additional responsibilities such as interim Office Manager duties.
