Komal Grover is an experienced professional in the field of human capital management, currently serving as a Senior Functional Consultant at HONO since May 2024. Previously, Komal worked as an Implementation Consultant at Akrivia HCM, where responsibilities included capturing functional and technical requirements from clients and translating business needs into effective solutions. During the tenure at PeopleStrong from July 2021 to June 2023, Komal held the position of Principal Consultant, focusing on recommending process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity. Komal began this career path as a Trainee in HCM after completing a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from CGC College of Engineering, Landran, between 2019 and 2021.
