Swati Dubey

Swati Dubey is a dedicated Human Resources Functional Consultant at HONO since June 2023, responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of HR processes and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Previous roles include Human Resources Club Head and Research Assistant at the School of Inspired Leadership, and an HR Intern at ANAND Group India, where policy improvements were proposed based on benchmarking best practices. Swati has also interned at Quantel, focusing on talent acquisition, and worked as a Project Assistant for the National Thalassemia Welfare Society, enhancing social media engagement and organizing blood donation drives. Earlier experience includes an internship with the Wildlife Protection Society of India, managing a wildlife crime database. Swati holds an Honors Degree in Sociology from Delhi University, a Master’s degree in Sociology from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi, and a PGDM from the School of Inspired Leadership.
