Ranjan Tayal

Ranjan Tayal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles spanning over three decades across various sectors, including HRTech, EdTech, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Fractional CxO for not-for-profits and startups in their growth stage, Ranjan provides strategic counsel on corporate strategy, operational controls, and risk management. Previously, Ranjan co-founded Convint.ai and held senior leadership positions at UDEN, Unifyed, and Ramco Systems, where significant achievements included establishing Ramco HCM as a separate business unit and achieving a CAGR of 82%. Ranjan's expertise encompasses operational excellence, product management, M&A negotiations, and mentoring young leadership teams, complemented by a technical background in product development and IT services at organizations such as Capgemini, Satyam, and Ericsson. Ranjan holds a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
