Shrikrishna Joshi

Shrikrishna Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. As the Co-Founder and Director of HONO since April 2008, Shrikrishna has been instrumental in developing an employee experience platform that leverages advanced technology to enhance the employee lifecycle and drive successful organizational transformations. Prior to HONO, Shrikrishna served as General Manager of HR at Indo Rama Synthetics (I) Ltd. and as Head of Personnel and Employee Relations at Bombay Dyeing, managing HR functions across multiple manufacturing units. Shrikrishna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Nagpur University.
