Robert N.E. Piper is currently the Executive Director/CEO at Honolulu Community Action Program, Inc. (HCAP), overseeing a budget of $25.4 million and a staff of 325 employees. Prior to this, Robert served as Deputy Director at the Department of Budget and Finance, State of Hawaii, and Chief of Staff at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, State of Hawaii. Robert also has experience as an Associate Attorney at law firms and as a Commercial Loan Officer and Credit Analyst at Bank of Hawaii. Robert holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa - William S. Richardson School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
