Melissa Pratt

Melissa Pratt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Melissa started their career in 2011 as a Learning Specialist at Adams County School District 14, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Moersch Hospitality Group as a Training and Development Director, and stayed with the company until 2017. Melissa then moved on to Honor Credit Union, where they held several positions including Executive Assistant (2017-2019), Executive Team Manager (2019-2021), VP of Culture (2021-2023), and currently serves as the VP of Learning, Development, and Culture. With their extensive experience in learning and development, as well as their commitment to fostering a positive work culture, Melissa is a valuable asset to any organization.

Melissa Pratt, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching, which they obtained from Michigan State University from 2006 to 2010.
