Daniela Rivera Alvarado has a strong background in software development and engineering management. Their first professional role was as a Project Manager and Team Leader at Hewlett-Packard from March 2007 to August 2008. In 2004, Daniela started their career as a Software Analyst at La Jolla International. During this time, they led web development efforts and conducted research for client-side integration of server-based systems, utilizing technologies such as ASP.

Furthermore, Daniela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in October 2013.
