Howard Hodder

Howard Hodder has extensive work experience in the field of geomatics, GIS, and engineering. Howard is currently serving as the Vice President and Director of SUE & GIS at Honor Engineer Co. Since September 2018, they have also been the President and Founder of Strategic Geospatial Solutions, LLC (S2GEO). Prior to that, from September 2019 to April 2022, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Geomatics and GIS at McKim & Creed, Inc. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Geomatics Practice Area Leader at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. Howard also held the position of GIS Manager at the same company from 1998 to 2015. In 1998, they started their career as a GIS Intern at Union County, Pennsylvania.

Howard Hodder attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Geography and Environmental Planning.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Hodder went on to Penn State University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Geographic Information Systems (MGIS) degree. Their field of study during this program was Geographic Information Systems.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hodder obtained certification as a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) from the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI) in March 2004.
