Anne Yastremski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1999, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing at Ultraprise Corporation. Anne then transitioned to become a partner at Blue Oxide Technologies, LLC in 2001. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Lecturer at the University of Economics, Prague, teaching business English to corporate leaders. Following this, they served as the Executive Director of Preserve Educational Choice from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Anne became the Vice President of Marketing at MarketingProfs, a role they held until 2012. In 2015, they took on the position of Principal Consultant at Polymath Marketing, specializing in digital marketing and analytics for B2B and B2C companies. Additionally, they also assumed the role of Vice President of Population Health Strategy at Honor My Decisions, where they focused on creating and implementing a comprehensive ACP delivery system.

Anne Yastremski holds a Master of Applied Science degree in Population Health Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Anne attended the institution from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained an Institute of Palliative Care Certificate in Advance Care Planning from the California State University San Marcos in 2017. In 2005, Anne earned a B.A. Hons. degree in Political Science from Randolph College. Additionally, in November 2019, they obtained a certification in Transportation 101 Leadership Academy from the Central Maryland Transportation Alliance.
