Amber Carlson is a seasoned professional in the home care industry, currently serving as the Regional General Manager at Honor since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing up to 100 clients, fostering client relationships, onboarding, and collaborating with various teams to enhance care quality. Prior to Honor, Amber spent over 14 years at All Trust Home Care, holding multiple roles including Operations Manager, Compliance Manager/Auditor, and Staffing Manager, with a focus on team leadership, customer service, compliance management, and operational efficiency. Education was pursued at Mott Community College from 2002 to 2004.
