Heidi Robinson

Heidi R. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Director of Executive Development & Org Planning and Effectiveness at Amazon since January 2024, Heidi previously held several key positions at Nerdy, including Chief Product Officer and Head of Recruiting & HR, where significant contributions to scaling the company and its public offering were made. Prior experience includes roles such as VP of Product & Technology at Sears Home Services, where a major website relaunch was led, and VP of GM User Experience & Optimization at Nordstrom, focusing on enhancing e-commerce capabilities. Heidi began a career at Amazon in 1997, culminating in leadership roles related to customer experiences for Kindle and AmazonFresh. Educational credentials include an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a degree in English from Pacific Lutheran University.
