Martin Jones

Martin Jones MBE serves as the Chief Executive Officer UK & International for Home Instead UK, the leading provider of homecare for the elderly, overseeing over 250 franchises in the UK and internationally. In addition to this role, Martin holds significant positions including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Age UK, where responsibilities involve enhancing the representation of older individuals and chairing The Silver Line. Martin also contributes as a Business Mentor for Virgin StartUp, Chair of The Care Workers' Charity, Board Member for the Homecare Association, and has held multiple roles supporting the welfare of older populations. Educationally, Martin holds an LLB Honours degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire.
