Nicole O'Connor Anderson

Nicole O'Connor Anderson is the Vice President of Operations at Honor. Nicole has a long history of working in consulting, dating back to their time as a pro bono consultant with the Taproot Foundation in 2013. In this role, Nicole built a financial model to help the organization understand their current performance and forecast future programming. Nicole also worked with client executives and board members to determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual goals.

After their time at the Taproot Foundation, Nicole went on to work as a Senior Manager at Triage Consulting Group. In this role, Nicole again used their financial modeling skills to help clients understand their performance and forecast future outcomes. Nicole also helped clients develop sustainable staffing models and trained staff on how to use the tool for future planning.

Nicole's commitment to helping others doesn't stop at their paid work; they are also a volunteer with Support for International Change. In this role, Nicole provides support to those who are working to make positive changes in the world.

Nicole O'Connor Anderson has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
