Patricia J. Elder

Patricia J. Elder, CPA, MBA, CAP®, CFRE, is currently the Vice President of Planned Giving at HonorHealth Foundation, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Patricia served as Chief Development Officer at Banner Health Foundation from June 2009 to March 2020 and as Executive Director at Susan G. Komen from July 2005 to June 2009. Patricia's earlier career includes roles such as Business Operations Manager at Lucent Technologies from September 1991 to July 2005, Financial Analyst/Internal Auditor at Cycare Systems from May 1989 to August 1991, and Senior Cost Accountant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from January 1984 to April 1989. Academically, Patricia holds an MBA in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Rosary College. Further education includes coursework at The American College of Financial Services, completed in June 2021.
