Dee Montee

Dee Montee, also known as Denise Montee, has a diverse work experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare administration. Dee (Denise) currently holds the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle at HonorHealth, a role they started in 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Intermountain Healthcare as a Senior Director of Revenue Integrity from 2019. Dee has also held various leadership roles in revenue cycle and compliance consulting at Warbird Consulting Partners, LLC, Vantage Clinical Solutions, and IntegraMed Fertility. Their experience includes overseeing centralized business offices, strategic planning, executive recruitment and onboarding, and implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives. In addition, they have served as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Portland and held positions at St. Charles Health System, Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian, Legacy Health, and PeaceHealth, where they gained extensive experience in revenue cycle operations, regulatory compliance, and developing effective teams.

Dee Montee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Concordia University-Portland. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in 2007, Basic Certificate from IHI, and HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
