Jesika Bailie

Jesika Bailie has several years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in revenue cycle management. Jesika has worked at HonorHealth since 2012, starting as a Lead Denials Management before progressing to roles such as Patient Financial Services Supervisor/Manager and Sr Business Plan/Managed Care System Analyst. In these positions, Jesika has been responsible for overseeing billing, auditing, payment posting, and denials management. Jesika has also been involved in implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and financial performance. Prior to their time at HonorHealth, Jesika worked at Scottsdale Healthcare as a Lead Registration Trainer, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive training program for hospital registration staff.

Jesika Bailie attended Grand Canyon University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management with a focus on Healthcare.
