Laura Hays

Laura Hays is the Founder and President of Trek Physician Solutions, Inc., a role held since November 2004, specializing in Physician Acquisition, Recruitment, Alignment, and Retention. As an Exclusive Physician Alignment Specialist with HonorHealth since 2006, Laura has played a pivotal role in the HonorHealth Growth Strategy Team since 2017 and has provided physician recruitment services for select clients in Arizona since 2005. In addition to the current position at HonorHealth, where responsibilities include overseeing a turnkey Physician Acquisition and Recruitment Department, Laura successfully built the HonorHealth Employed Medical Group into the largest primary care network in the state. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Client Development at Cejka Search from February 1993 to November 2005, a Career Counselor at Medical Economics from 1997 to 2002, and an Account Manager at Spectrum Emergency Care from January 1989 to February 1993. Laura Hays holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Bradley University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
