Prior roles include Network Manager of Support Services and Supervisor, along with foundational experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Mayo Clinic and Medical Laboratory Scientist at The University of Kansas Health System. Rikki Matthews holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Kansas Medical Center.
