Sean Greer

Sean Greer, CEM has a solid and extensive work experience in the field of facilities operations and management. Sean is currently the Director of Facilities Operations at HonorHealth since 2024. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Energy Control Services LLC dba ECS Arizona from 2021 to 2024.

Prior to that, Sean held various roles at Banner Health, starting as a Facilities Technician in 1990 and progressing through positions such as Building Management Systems Engineer, Plant Supervisor, Facilities Services Manager, and Senior Director. Sean'stenure at Banner Health spanned over three decades, during which they contributed significantly to the organization's facilities services.

Sean Greer, CEM obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Sean holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer and electronics engineering from ITT Technical Institute. In terms of certifications, they have achieved the Niagara Framework Certification from Tridium in 2012 and is certified as a Demand-Side Manager (CDSM) and Energy Manager (CEM) by the Association of Energy Engineers.
