Alice Cifuentes

Alice Cifuentes has been in the marketing field since 2014. Alice began their career as a Marketing Intern at O2B Kids in 2014, where they managed social media networks and analytics, and created visual material using Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Illustrator CS6. In 2015, they moved to The TJX Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Merchandising Manager, where they led daily operations of a diverse team of 65 associates to achieve sales goals, examined sales analysis reports, and used departmental summary to forecast merchandise inventory. In 2016, Alice joined HCCS - Healthcare Coding & Consulting Services as a Marketing Manager and Professional Recruiter. As Marketing Manager, they developed social media content which increased followership on LinkedIn by 125%, Facebook by 44%, and Twitter by 6%. Alice also used HubSpot CRM for marketing applications and produced marketing collateral using Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). As Professional Recruiter, they engaged in both active and passive recruiting to develop robust candidate pipelines, managed open positions and applications using LinkedIn Recruiter platform and Hubspot CRM, and emphasized company culture throughout full cycle recruiting. Finally, in 2019, Alice became an Associate Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at Honorlock.

Alice Cifuentes attended the University of Florida from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In 2022, they completed a course in Product Marketing Alliance.
