Josie Alaimo has an extensive work experience in Human Resources. Josie started their career in 2000 with Bell as an HR Business Analyst and later held the positions of Enterprise Services Manager and Manager, Reporting & Analytics. In 2010, they became the Owner of SEIA Consulting Inc. and returned to Bell in 2018 as a Senior Digital HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, Senior HR Business Consultant, and Senior Project Manager. In 2021, Josie joined Honorlock as the Director, People Operations and Experience.

Josie Alaimo obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA from York University between 1989 and 1993. Josie then completed Human Resources Management Courses from Seneca College in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. Finally, they obtained a Business Analyst Masters Certificate from York University.
