Veronica Halverson

Veronica Halverson is currently the Office & Accounts Manager at Hoo-Rag. Veronica previously worked as an Order Completion Representative at Liberty Medical LLC from January 2010 to March 2013. In their role as an order completionist, they worked with patients to ensure their order information was complete. This could be ensuring prescriptions were renewed, insurance was updated, old addresses were corrected and balances were paid. Veronica is highly organized and detail oriented, which makes their excel in their current role. Veronica is a quick learner and always looks for ways to improve efficiency in the office.

Veronica Halverson has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Kaplan University. Veronica also has certification from Coursera in both Introduction to Operations Management and Introduction to Operations Management.
