Cindi Williams has held a variety of positions in the home building industry over the past 35 years. In 2002, they began working as a Respiratory Therapist at Presence Hospital. Four years later, they became a Clinical Supervisor at St. John's Hospital, where they were responsible for supervising 18 employees and writing various policies and procedures. In 2012, they co-founded Hoodle and served as Investor, Director of Content/Social Media Marketing, where they were responsible for creating, managing, and curating home building content for the website and promoting Hoodle and its clients across all major social media channels. In 2016, they began working at BuildingRecruiter as a Research Project Manager, where they were responsible for research, data management, trend analysis, and project fulfillment of professional recruiting assignments.

Cindi Williams' education history includes attending Lincoln Land Community College from 1980 to 1981, St. Johns School of Respiratory Therapy from 1982 to 1983, Parkland College from 1991 to 2012, Penn Foster from 2011 to 2012, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2016, and QC Design School from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from HubSpot including Email Marketing Certification, Inbound Certification, Inbound Sales Certification, and Inbound Marketing Certified- 2013.
