L. Bailey Alder has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles since 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at CJ's Thriftshop, where their responsibilities included managing sales, promotional marketing, arranging merchandise in appealing formats, and cashier transactions. In 2012, they worked as a Cashier and Customer Assistance at Canyonlands Tire Shop, where their responsibilities included cleanup, customer transactions, stocking shelves, placing inventory, appointment booking, and record keeping. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Axis41, A Merkle Company, where they held the roles of Content Creator + Lead AEM Migration Consultant, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Proofreader. In 2019, they also held the roles of Manager of Content Authoring at Hoodoo Digital and AEM Migration Specialist, Content Author at Experian.
