Lise Gazzillo has a wealth of experience in the digital space. In 2022, they began working as a Solutions Consultant at Hoodoo Digital. From 2019-2022, they were a Senior Technical Product Manager at Optum, where they were responsible for migrating an on-prem, multi-tenancy AEM instance to the cloud, providing training and support to 400 authors, standing up a new Enterprise-wide AEM DAM, working to onboard marketing and creative teams into the DAM, setting up best practices for enterprise-wide DAM, establishing a global taxonomy and folder structure based on client's needs, and integrating content from Workfront Libraries and its tagging into the Enterprise DAM. In 2018, they were a Web Developer at Connecticut College, where they strategized with faculty and staff to create and design websites that meets their needs while maintaining the university’s branding, and implemented best practices for ADA compliance for all webpages. Lise also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Mitchell College in 2018, teaching a mandatory course for first-year students on 21st Century technology literacy skills. In 2017, they were a Client Engagement and Communications Coordinator at Yale University, where they coordinated and conducted monthly in-person and online “Tech Talk” events, managed departmental blog and monthly newsletter, and managed departmental social media accounts. From 1999-2010, they were a Partner at Scout Productions LLC, where they developed and built the business from start up, increasing sales annually over the first 5 years of operations, and established a strong client base of businesses of various sizes and industries. Lise also worked as a Visual Designer at GfK UserCentric from 2010-2019, designing and producing user interface design projects such as responsive websites, mobile sites, software touch screens, call center software, and portals for proprietary devices. From 1996-1999, they were a Designer and Producer at Time Warner Cable, designing and producing websites for Road Runner’s local programming, managing designers, programmers and photographers in local affiliate markets, and supporting the programming department with graphical design of internal marketing initiatives. Lise also worked as a Freelance Multimedia Artist at VSI Communications Group from 1996-1999, and a Freelance Production Artist at Imergy from 1995-1996, where they created art and animations for children's interactive multimedia titles, assembled animations, edited sound effects and created QuickTime movies, and created Director movies for entertainment CD-ROM titles.
Lise Gazzillo has a diverse educational background. Lise obtained a Certificate in Film Production from New York University in 1996. From 1984 to 1988, they attended the University of Connecticut, Storrs, where they earned a BA in Communication Sciences, with a minor in English. In 2021, they obtained the OTU Agile Foundations certification from Optum and the Application & Service Attacks certification from Skillsoft. In 2022, they are expected to obtain the AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification from Adobe.
