S. Floyd Corbin MBA, CSM has over 18 years of professional experience. In 2003, they began their career as an Hinckley Institute of Politics Intern at Medical Care Development International. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Hunter Douglas as a Production Assistant and Distributed Product Liaison. In 2009, they were promoted to Motorization/Home Automation Specialist, where they worked with dealers to facilitate projects involving the installation and integration of motorized window coverings. From 2011 to 2016, they attended Westminster College, where they pursued graduate studies focused in upper level management and business, theory and application. During this time, they also worked at the University of Utah as a Financial Analyst and Program Assistant. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at the State of Utah as a Development Project Manager. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at MRM U.S. West as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they evaluated frontend requirements vs implementation, advocated for documentation, and regularly performed Functional, Exploratory, Regression, and Smoke testing. S. Floyd is currently employed at Hoodoo Digital as a Quality Assurance Engineer and will begin working at Rightpoint in 2023 as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Floyd began their studies in 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies Major, Spanish and French Minors from the University of Utah in 2005. In 2011, they earned a Masters In Business Administration from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, UT. In 2013, they took an Upper Level Information Systems Class Audit at the University of Utah. In 2017, they completed a Professional Education Coding Bootcamp (6 Month) at the University of Utah. In 2018, they began a Bachelor of Science - BS in Software Development at Western Governors University, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in 2019, a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2013, and an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner from Adobe in 2022.
