Adriaan Hoogendoorn

Adriaan Hoogendoorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Manager in the Implementation Program for Healthy Water Utrecht at Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden since August 2017, Adriaan collaborates with municipal stakeholders to enhance water quality in Utrecht by 2027. Previous roles include Project Leader, where responsibilities spanned the entire project lifecycle, and Director/Project Employee in Civil Engineering, focusing primarily on project direction. Adriaan has also led initiatives related to water safety and management, and operated as an independent consultant through HIVEA. Prior experience includes advisory roles at Waternet and project coordination at Grondbalans BV. Adriaan holds a Bachelor's degree in Land and Water Management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and a BSc in Animal and Dairy Management from Hogere Agrarische School Dronten.
