Bart van der Helm

Bart van der Helm is a Senior Policy Advisor Sustainable Mobility at Gemeente Hilversum. He also holds the position of Vice President of the Court of Auditors at Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden and Waterschap Rivierenland. Bart served as a Visiting Expert on Road Safety at the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine and as a Policy Advisor for Water and Sanitation at Unie van Waterschappen. With a background in water quality management and international policy, Bart has a strong focus on improving urban mobility and water management.
