Jeroen Grutters

Jeroen Grutters has extensive experience in public administration and spatial planning, currently serving as Team Leader of the Policy, Environment, and Strategy team at Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard since April 2018. Prior roles include Process Manager and Policy Advisor at Provincie Flevoland from January 2010 to March 2018, where notable projects included the Opgave Krachtige Samenleving and the Regional Plan for Wind Energy in Flevoland. Jeroen Grutters was also involved with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment from January 2015 to January 2018, managing the Delta Program for Spatial Adaptation, focusing on climate change impacts. Previous experience includes roles as an Advisor in Spatial Planning at various detachering agencies and as a Spatial Planning Employee at Gemeente Olst-Wijhe. Jeroen Grutters holds a degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
