Elnora Magruder

Elnora Magruder is a dedicated Software Engineering Intern at Capital One and a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, where responsibilities include developing an LLM-powered chatbot using React, Tailwind CSS, Python, and Llamafile. As a Computer Science Teaching Assistant, Elnora created assignments for over 750 students and facilitated office hours for coding assistance. Additional experience includes serving as a Software Engineer and Technical Committee Member for HooHacks, where Elnora developed a user-friendly application for hackathon participants. Elnora is also engaged in the Jopwell I+D program and is a fellow at Rewriting the Code. Previous work includes management and tutoring roles at Great Falls Swim & Tennis Club and Mina's School, respectively. Elnora is currently pursuing an education at the University of Virginia, following a foundational education at Langley High School.
