Eason Li has a strong background in operations and franchise management. Eason is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Vertex Hospitality Group since May 2023, and prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Franchise Operations at the same company starting from January 2023. Before joining Vertex Hospitality Group, Eason Li was the Vice President of Franchise Operations at Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood Restaurant & Bar starting from June 2019. Eason also worked at Bonchon Franchise LLC as a Franchise Operations Manager from December 2014 to June 2019. Eason Li began their career as an Eyewear Consultant at Chinatown Optical, INC. in June 2010 and worked there until December 2014.
Eason Li attended Baruch College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a certification in Food Protection from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in June 2015.
