Ksenija Marković

Ksenija Marković has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in recruitment, client relations, and psychology. In 2017, they began their career as a Psychology Intern at Elementary School Majka Jugovića, where they worked for two months. Later that year, they interned as a Junior HR Consultant at Saga d.o.o. Beograd for one month. In 2018, they served as a Psychology Intern at H.art Development Center for one month. In 2020, they joined the Akademija za kontinuiranu medicinsku edukaciju as a Client Relationship Associate for three months. Ksenija then transitioned to FindIT, where they worked as a Recruitment Specialist for three months before being promoted to Global Recruitment Consultant for nine months. In 2021, they moved to Heads Talent Solutions and assumed the role of Recruitment Consultant for one year. Later that year, they were promoted to Senior Consultant, where they worked for one month until 2022. Currently, Ksenija is a Hiring Partner at Hooloovoo, starting in December 2022.

Ksenija Marković completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fakultet za medije i komunikacije, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Gimnazija Kotor from 2010 to 2014, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field of study at this institution. Additionally, they pursued further education at the Association of Systemic and Family Therapist starting in 2018.

Furthermore, Ksenija Marković has obtained several additional certifications.
