Nishant Shukla

Nishant Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked at Syntel as a Senior Recruitment Executive for three years. Nishant then moved to Steria (formerly known as Xansa) in 2007, where they served as an Assistant Manager for Recruitment & Resourcing until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Nishant worked at Barclays as a Resourcing Business Partner, responsible for recruitment business partnering of Investment Banking business units. Nishant then joined Hoonartek in 2015 as a Senior Manager for HR & Talent Acquisition, and subsequently served as an Assistant Vice President and currently as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Nishant Shukla completed their 12th grade in Science at DAV Public School Alkusa, Dhanbad in 1998. Nishant then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General at the University of Allahabad from 1998 to 2001. In 2002, they enrolled at Savitribai Phule Pune University and obtained their MBA in HR in 2004. That same year, they also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment Management at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, in 2003, Nishant Shukla pursued a Diploma in Labour Law at Symbiosis Law College.
