Ritesh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ritesh has worked as Head of Delivery - USA at Hoonartek, where they managed and coordinated deliveries for existing and new US customers. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Delivery Manager at the National Stock Exchange, where they were involved in the migration of IT systems to handle increasing trade volumes. Ritesh also worked as a Development Lead at Sberbank, focusing on the technological transformation of the financial business. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior and Lead Consultant for the Ab Initio Product Suite at companies such as Aberdeen Standard Investments, Saudi Telecom, Ingenico ePayments, and TransUnion. Ritesh began their career as a Software Engineer at Tesco Bengaluru, working on projects related to ODS migration and simpler integration.

Ritesh Kumar completed a Certificate Program in Project Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology (Official) between 2008 and 2012.
