Shilpa Hegde

Shilpa Hegde is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Executive in HR Operations at Hoonartek since February 2015, Shilpa is responsible for the induction process, managing the HRIS system, and tracking employee attendance and leave data. Prior to this role, Shilpa held positions as Executive Talent Acquisition and Trainee Recruitment Executive, as well as an internship as a Recruiter at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. Shilpa holds a PGDM in Human Resources from IMDR (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science from Shivaji University (2009-2012), along with secondary education from Emmanuel English School, Sangli.
