Jordan Tillotson's work experience begins in 2012 as a Youth Soccer Referee for the Pavilion Amateur Soccer Association. In 2013, Tillotson worked as a Maintenance employee for the Pavilion Central School District. Additionally, they served as a Sports Information Director Intern for Genesee Community College during the same year. In 2015, Tillotson joined Hoop Group as a Recruiting Coordinator and transitioned into roles as Assistant to the Vice President, Director of Operations, and Director of Team Tournaments. Their most recent role at Hoop Group is Vice President of Operations & Administration, which began in May 2019.

Jordan Tillotson's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Genesee Community College. They earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. They also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities during their time at Genesee Community College.

Following their studies at Genesee Community College, Jordan Tillotson enrolled in Syracuse University in 2014. They pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management and completed their studies in 2016.
